Effective date: 2026-10-01. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy (charlottencsidingadvisor.com/privacy/). It is written to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the comprehensive privacy laws of Colorado, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee and other states. We offer these rights to every U.S. visitor, whatever state you live in.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
About introductions. The pro pays us for the introduction. It happens only when you submit a request and confirm the pro we name, so it is a disclosure you intentionally direct us to make (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ad)(2)(A) and (t)(2)(A)), not a sale. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-ins are never sold or shared. Your rights
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where they came from, why we use them and to whom we disclosed them.
- Delete personal information we collected from you (subject to legal exceptions, for example the do-not-contact record that keeps you from being contacted again).
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (charlottencsidingadvisor.com/privacy-choices/). We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect or use it.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you used a right.
- Appeal (Colorado, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee and other states with an appeal right): if we decline your request, email hello@charlottencsidingadvisor.com with "Appeal" in the subject within 60 days. We answer appeals within 60 days (45 days in Colorado and Oregon, as their laws set). If you disagree, you may contact your state Attorney General.

We verify requests by matching the phone number or email you used with us (for example, by sending a one-time code). An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm your identity directly. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 more days where the law allows, telling you why. We keep records of requests for at least 24 months.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A.333. You may still send a request directing us not to sell it to hello@charlottencsidingadvisor.com; we will confirm within 60 days.
California "Shine the Light"
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. The matched pro may use your information only to respond to your request.
